Walmart handles all shipping. Once an order is placed, Walmart processes and ships it directly to your customer. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2–7 business days in Canada and the U.S. Customers receive tracking updates automatically.

Since Walmart fulfills orders directly, custom packaging isn’t available. However, you can brand your online store, marketing materials, and customer communications to create a seamless brand experience. Many sellers use branded thank-you emails or inserts (digitally) to enhance customer loyalty.
